The acquisition expands Clubspeed's product portfolio and presence in axe-throwing and paintball markets while retaining Vantora founder Larry Dague as a consultant.

The deal, expected to close before the end of Toro's fiscal 2020 second quarter, expands Toro's professional product offering and is expected to be financed under Toro's existing revolving credit facility; Ventrac reported approximately $100 million in net sales for calendar year 2019.
