Emids Acquires Macadamian

The undisclosed deal adds Macadamian's design-first capabilities, IP and engineering talent (about 109 designers/developers) to Emids, expanding its global footprint and accelerating its digital health offerings.

CD&R to Acquire Majority Stake in Presidio from BC Partners

The transaction, which strengthens Presidio’s ability to expand its cloud, managed services and cybersecurity capabilities, is expected to close in Q2 2024; terms were not disclosed.

CVC Acquires Significant Stake in Epicor, Partnering with CD&R
