Carr's Hill Partners-backed portfolio company SMART Safety Gulf Coast completed two strategic add-on acquisitions, acquiring Safety Consulting & Training, Inc. (SCTI) and Trinity Safety Management. The transactions expand SMART Safety's geographic footprint across Florida and Georgia, broaden its Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS) capabilities, and bring the founders of both businesses into SMART Safety to support integration.
