Prompt Health, the Hoboken-based AI-powered rehab therapy operations platform, has acquired PredictionHealth, a Nashville-based developer of the Sidekick AI scribe and Practice Intel analytics. The deal integrates PredictionHealth’s AI documentation, coding assistance, and compliance analytics into Prompt’s EMR and practice operations platform to reduce documentation burden, improve coding/compliance, and accelerate product capability expansion.
