Bradford White Corporation has acquired Universal Technologies of Wisconsin, Inc., Bock Water Heaters, Inc., and Tank Technology, Inc. (collectively known as Bock Water Heaters) to expand U.S.-based manufacturing capacity and broaden its commercial and specialty water heating product offering. The deal formalizes a longstanding supplier/customer relationship and brings Bock's oil-fired and high-input commercial gas-fired water heater capabilities into the Bradford White portfolio.
