Consilio Acquires TrueLaw to Bolster Legal AI Capabilities

Consilio has completed the acquisition of TrueLaw, a New York–based legal AI research lab, adding TrueLaw’s Expert Legal Model (ELM) and narrative AI capabilities to Consilio’s Aurora platform and broader AI suite. The deal is intended to expand Consilio’s AI investigation, narrative generation, and firm-specific language-model fine-tuning capabilities for law firms and corporate legal departments.
