Beacon (Nasdaq: BECN) completed the acquisitions of Al's Roofing Supply, Inc. of Hayward, California and Prince Building Systems, LLC of Neillsville, Wisconsin to expand its residential building products footprint and service capabilities. The transactions broaden Beacon's geographic reach in the U.S. and add complementary branch networks serving roofing and lumberyard customers.
