Helbiz Acquires Wheels Labs

Helbiz, Inc. (NASDAQ: HLBZ) has completed its previously announced merger with Wheels Labs, Inc., adding Wheels' micro‑mobility assets and leadership to expand Helbiz’s presence across 67 markets and potentially double annual revenue. Wheels CEO Marco McCottry will lead Helbiz’s North America mobility business as the combined company works to integrate apps, advance product development and accelerate the path to profitability.
