Diverse Logistics, an Argosy Private Equity portfolio company, has acquired Massiano Logistics, a white-glove final-mile delivery, warehousing and distribution specialist headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The add-on expands Diverse’s big-and-bulky final mile network and regional density across the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S., supporting scale and service expansion for furniture retailers, 3PLs and designers.

Pilot Freight Services Acquires DSI Logistics

Pilot Freight Services, a PE-backed global transportation and logistics provider, has acquired DSI Logistics, a Brea, California-based last-mile home delivery and white-glove installation specialist. The acquisition, which closed March 31, 2021, expands Pilot's Pilot Last Mile Home capabilities and makes Pilot one of the largest last-mile providers for big and bulky goods in the United States; Argosy Private Equity and minority investor Headhaul Capital Partners exited their investment in DSI.

DHL Supply Chain Acquires IDS Fulfillment

DHL Supply Chain, a unit of Deutsche Post, has acquired Indiana-based IDS Fulfillment to expand its U.S. warehousing and fulfillment network for small and midsize e-commerce customers. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings roughly 1.3 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space across three states and was agreed before recent tariff changes.
