RD Last Mile Holdings, LLC (doing business as ADL Final Mile), a final-mile delivery platform backed by Red Dog Equity, Monroe Capital and The Pritzker Organization, has acquired DMC Logistics, a regional final-mile and customized logistics provider serving the Southwest U.S. The acquisition expands ADL Final Mile's footprint in the Southwest (adding DMC’s service area across New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Utah) as an add-on to its growing platform.

(d/b/a Henry Freight Solutions), a final-mile and customized logistics provider operating across Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. The deal — ADL Final Mile's fourth acquisition — is backed by equity partners including Red Dog Equity and Tom Pritzker's family interests (advised by The Pritzker Organization) with Monroe Capital providing financing, and is intended to densify ADL Final Mile's Midwest and South-Central U.S. footprint.

Capital Express and ADL Delivery Form Final-Mile Platform Backed by Red Dog Equity

Omaha-based Capital Express and Tampa-based ADL Delivery have combined under a newly established holding company to create a national final-mile logistics platform. The new platform will be led by the companies' leadership teams and has secured growth capital from Atlanta-based private equity firm Red Dog Equity (with financing support from Monroe Capital and capital access via The Pritzker Organization) to fund expansion and future add-on acquisitions.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, a publicly traded third-party logistics provider based in Renton, Washington, has acquired Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc., two Doral, Florida–based freight forwarding and cartage businesses that have operated under Radiant's Adcom Worldwide brand since 2007. The transaction includes earnout-based consideration and will see Select transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's existing South Florida operations, with Gabby Santos named General Manager and co-founder Hector Cavallo departing to pursue other interests.
