QUODD, a NewSpring Holdings platform company, has acquired Xignite, a provider of financial market data APIs, adding more than 500 market data APIs and expanding QUODD's cloud-native market data offerings. The deal strengthens QUODD's QUODD Fuel and Universe+ products and scales the combined firm's ability to serve banks, wealth managers and fintechs globally; financial terms were not disclosed.

LeaseQuery Acquires Stackshine
