L Catterton has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in solidcore from VMG Partners, Kohlberg & Company, and Peterson Partners. The investment backs the national boutique fitness chain — which operates roughly 130 studios across 25 states and D.C. — and will support continued domestic and international expansion under CEO Bryan Myers.
