Atlas Holdings Acquires Permasteelisa Group

Atlas Holdings has completed its acquisition of Permasteelisa Group, a global leader in the engineering, manufacturing, installation and after-sales service of advanced building façades and architectural envelopes. Permasteelisa operates in 30 countries with nine production facilities and employs more than 4,500 associates; Atlas said the purchase expands its construction and manufacturing capabilities and will support Permasteelisa's long-term growth.
