The transaction creates a larger West Coast platform (five locations) to better serve regional hospital and healthcare customers and supports Pacific Avenue's strategy of scaling the Encore platform through add-ons and organic growth.

The purchase expands Alliance’s direct distribution and service footprint in the Mid-Atlantic and is the company’s fifth distributor asset acquisition in the past two years; LES was owned by Cameron Clark prior to the sale.
