IK Partners Acquires CONET from H.I.G. Capital

IK Partners' IK IX Fund has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in CONET from H.I.G. Capital, with CONET's management investing alongside IK. CONET is a German IT consulting, systems-integration and software development firm focused on public-sector and enterprise digital transformation, employing over 1,100 people across Germany, Austria and Croatia; the deal is subject to antitrust clearance.

IG&H, headquartered in Utrecht with ~350 employees and offices in Lisbon, Porto and Munich, provides consultancy, data analytics, low-code development and proprietary digital solutions for clients in pensions, banking, insurance, retail and healthcare; IK will support international expansion and M&A-driven consolidation.

IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Stockholm-headquartered GRC services provider FCG Group AB from Bridgepoint Group plc. Management and key employees are reinvesting and will remain significant shareholders; IK plans to support FCG's international growth and expand its service offering in areas such as ESG and GRC technology. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and was expected to close in Q2 2022; financial terms were not disclosed.
