Snap Inc. has acquired Saturn, a social calendaring app used by high school and college students; financial terms were not disclosed. Saturn will continue to operate as a standalone app while almost the entire team (just under 30 full-time employees) joins Snap to bring calendaring expertise and social scheduling capabilities into Snapchat.
