PayRange, a Portland-based provider of mobile payment and IoT solutions for unattended retail, has acquired Turns, a Lewes, Delaware-based all-in-one laundromat operating system. The acquisition integrates Turns' business management, pickup & delivery, POS and analytics capabilities into PayRange's machine payment platform to create a unified, end-to-end SaaS platform for laundromats across the U.S.
