Further Global Capital Management, an employee-owned private equity firm focused on financial services, completed the acquisition of Payment Alliance International (PAI), the largest privately-held ATM provider in the U.S. PAI, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, operates over 75,000 ATMs and provides turnkey placements, managed services, processing and support services.

Payment Alliance International Acquires Cash‑N‑Go ATM Portfolio

Payment Alliance International (PAI) acquired the U.S. Cash‑N‑Go ATM portfolio from Cash N Go ATM Network Inc., a subsidiary of Perativ Inc., adding nearly 400 ATMs and increasing PAI’s nationwide network to more than 90,000 machines. Financial terms were not disclosed; Perativ said the transaction will provide a smooth transition for U.S. Cash‑N‑Go customers to PAI.

AIS Global Acquires Touch International, Inc.

AIS Global (a portfolio company of KPS Mid-Cap / KPS Capital Partners) has acquired Touch International, Inc., a North American manufacturer of engineered touchscreen displays. Financial terms were not disclosed; Touch International is headquartered in Austin, Texas with strategic manufacturing facilities in China and India and will be integrated into the AISG platform to expand HMI and touchscreen capabilities across aerospace, medical, industrial and military end markets.

Paya Holdings Acquires Paragon Payment Solutions

(NASDAQ: PAYA) announced the acquisition of Paragon Payment Solutions, a Tempe, Arizona-based integrated payments provider that processes approximately $1.5 billion in annual payment volume. The acquisition strengthens Paya’s ISV partner roster and expands its capabilities and reach in the non-profit and healthcare verticals; Paragon executives Roy Bricker and Brock Robertson will assist with integration and ISV sales efforts.
