AIS Global Acquires Touch International, Inc.

AIS Global (a portfolio company of KPS Mid-Cap / KPS Capital Partners) has acquired Touch International, Inc., a North American manufacturer of engineered touchscreen displays. Financial terms were not disclosed; Touch International is headquartered in Austin, Texas with strategic manufacturing facilities in China and India and will be integrated into the AISG platform to expand HMI and touchscreen capabilities across aerospace, medical, industrial and military end markets.
