Payment Alliance International (PAI), a Brink's company, has acquired Texas-based TouchPoint 21, a provider of ATM and cash-management outsourcing and ITM deployments. The deal brings TouchPoint 21's ATM-as-a-Service managed-service capabilities, in-house servicing and armored teams together with PAI's portfolio management tools to expand PAI's service offering and support financial-institution branch transformation.

TouchPoint, Inc. Acquires Newcastle Systems

Effective April 2, 2025, TouchPoint, Inc. acquired Newcastle Systems, a mobile powered workstation and modular power systems manufacturer headquartered in Amesbury, Massachusetts.
