Zebra Technologies Acquires Elo Touch Solutions

Zebra Technologies has completed its acquisition of Elo Touch Solutions, a leading touchscreen and interactive display provider formerly majority owned by funds managed by Crestview Partners. The deal expands Zebra’s customer-facing and frontline automation capabilities across retail, hospitality, healthcare and industrial markets and increases its addressable market by roughly $8 billion.
