ZetaDisplay Acquires Peakmedia Digital Signage GmbH

ZetaDisplay AB (publ) has acquired Austrian digital signage integrator Peakmedia digital signage GmbH to strengthen its presence in the DACH region and broader European markets. The deal, funded through ZetaDisplay's existing debt facilities, adds ~9,000 licensed installations and a team of over 20 employees to the group and is expected to be accretive to EBITDA.

The deal — supported by Syntax's private equity partner Novacap — expands Syntax's SAP capabilities and industry-focused offerings and creates a combined team of more than 2,800 experts serving over 900 mid-market and enterprise clients.

Zebra Technologies Acquires Elo Touch Solutions
