Montreal-based e2ip technologies acquired Arizona-based Serious Integrated, Inc., a provider of industrial, medical and commercial touch-screen HMI and IIoT solutions. The deal brings Serious' embedded systems, LCD and touch-screen expertise into e2ip's Smart Surface and HMI product and manufacturing platform to accelerate capability development and global scaling.
