Deltek Acquires TIP Technologies

Deltek has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of TIP Technologies, a provider of quality management system (QMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) software. The acquisition adds QMS/MES capabilities to Deltek's product portfolio to better serve government contractors, aerospace & defense, and engineer-to-order manufacturers; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2022.
