Inflexion Acquires Majority Stake in Nomentia

Inflexion has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Nomentia, a Helsinki/ Espoo‑headquartered European treasury and cash management SaaS provider, from current investors PSG Equity and Verdane. The investment, made by Inflexion Buyout Fund VI, aims to accelerate Nomentia's growth across Europe both organically and via further acquisitions.

Providence Strategic Growth (PSG) has created a new company (NewCo, later branded Nomentia) to house OpusCapita's Cash Management business and will acquire Finnish cash-management specialist Analyste. PSG will own a majority of the NewCo while Verdane and management will retain minority stakes; the combined company will provide SaaS cash- and treasury-management solutions to customers across SMB, enterprise and public sectors.

Deltek Acquires TIP Technologies

Deltek has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of TIP Technologies, a provider of quality management system (QMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) software. The acquisition adds QMS/MES capabilities to Deltek's product portfolio to better serve government contractors, aerospace & defense, and engineer-to-order manufacturers; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2022.

Iptor Acquires TimberTec

Stockholm-based Iptor acquired German TimberTec, a provider of ERP and MES software for the timber industry, in a deal that closed in February 2022. The acquisition is an add-on in Iptor's buy-and-build strategy (backed by funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital) and aims to expand Iptor’s sector capabilities and geographic reach across Europe and into the US.

Treasury4, a Spokane-based, data-first treasury platform, has acquired TreasuryGo, a Redmond-based treasury SaaS built by former Microsoft treasurers. The acquisition integrates TreasuryGo’s bank account management, workflow, and debt management capabilities into Treasury4’s platform and brings TreasuryGo co-founder George Zinn onto Treasury4 as Chief Strategy Officer to accelerate enterprise-grade offerings.
