Treasury4, a Spokane-based, data-first treasury platform, has acquired TreasuryGo, a Redmond-based treasury SaaS built by former Microsoft treasurers. The acquisition integrates TreasuryGo’s bank account management, workflow, and debt management capabilities into Treasury4’s platform and brings TreasuryGo co-founder George Zinn onto Treasury4 as Chief Strategy Officer to accelerate enterprise-grade offerings.

The transaction was cleared by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission.

PNC Bank Acquires Tempus Technologies, Inc.
