The deal combines TempoPay's interest-free, payroll-repayable card for employees with PayMedix's uncapped in-network financing and SuperEOB billing, aiming to increase access to affordable care and simplify payments for employers, providers and patients.

PNC Completes Acquisition of FirstBank Holding Company
