22nd Century Technologies (TSCTI) has acquired TreasurySoft, a specialist in PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion ERP treasury management solutions, to strengthen its Oracle ERP and treasury management capabilities. The acquisition expands TSCTI's ERP offerings for federal, state, local and transit agencies and enhances its ability to deliver integrated treasury, cash and risk management solutions.
