The Riverside Company Acquires PFB Corporation

An affiliate of The Riverside Company completed the acquisition of PFB Corporation (TSX: PFB) by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement, with PFB shareholders receiving CAD 24.10 per common share. The transaction closes PFB’s TSX listing and positions Riverside to support PFB’s growth in Canada and the United States across its EPS insulation, structural insulated panels and engineered geotechnical product lines.
