The acquisition, which closed March 31, 2021, expands Pilot's Pilot Last Mile Home capabilities and makes Pilot one of the largest last-mile providers for big and bulky goods in the United States; Argosy Private Equity and minority investor Headhaul Capital Partners exited their investment in DSI.
