Constellation Software Acquires TUNE

Constellation Software Inc. has acquired TUNE, a SaaS partner-marketing and affiliate software platform, in a move to expand its presence in performance marketing under the Perseus Operating Group. The deal is positioned as a market-share consolidation play to combine TUNE with Constellation’s existing assets (including CAKE) and drive longer-term, customer-focused investment in the platform.

Constellation Real Estate Group Acquires Mortgage Builder

Constellation Real Estate Group (through Constellation Mortgage Solutions Inc.) has acquired the assets of Mortgage Builder, a provider of mortgage loan origination and servicing software. The deal expands Constellation's real estate SaaS portfolio and adds Mortgage Builder's loan-servicing platform, Colonnade, to its technology offerings.

Constellation / Lumine Group Acquire WideOrbit

Constellation Software Inc. and its subsidiary Lumine Group Inc. agreed to acquire WideOrbit Inc., a San Francisco–based media vertical market software provider, with WideOrbit becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumine Group. The purchase will be funded by Constellation and a banking partner and includes a cash payment plus issuance of 13.83% of Lumine Group shares (on a fully diluted basis) to eligible WideOrbit shareholders; WideOrbit reported ~ $167M in 2021 revenue and ~450 employees.

The transaction closed April 19, 2024 and transfers ownership from founder Lynn after nearly 40 years, with the buyer (unnamed) expected to continue the bakery's traditions and local presence.

Bell Acquires Stratejm and CloudKettle
