All4Labels Acquires Etichettificio Dany

All4Labels – Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has acquired Etichettificio Dany, a Riccione-based Italian pressure-sensitive label manufacturer. The deal makes Etichettificio Dany a fully owned subsidiary of All4Labels while founder Marco Olivieri becomes a shareholder of All4Labels and joins the management team to strengthen the group's position in Italy.
