The add-on purchase (expected to close in Q2 2022) expands All4Labels' Latin American footprint and product offering across labels, sleeves and digital/RFID solutions.

The deal (terms undisclosed) will make LabelPress a 100% subsidiary of All4Labels and aims to expand the group's footprint in northern Brazil and the durable labels market; LabelPress CEO Juvino Tavares will continue to run the business.
