BuildTec Software Group Acquires Majority Stake in Acies A/S

BuildTec Software Group, a European construction-software platform formed by funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU), has acquired a majority stake in Acies A/S, a Danish provider of configuration software, MES and production planning solutions. The move expands BuildTec's geographic presence in Denmark and strengthens its product portfolio for window, door and kitchen manufacturers.

Bregal Unternehmerkapital-backed BuildTec Software Group announced a partnership/add-on with Denmark-based E-Komplet A/S, adding the craftsman-focused project management software provider to its construction-software platform. E-Komplet, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Aalborg, supports Danish small and medium trade businesses (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.), and the deal expands BuildTec's capabilities and footprint in the Nordics and trade verticals.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Infratech Bau GmbH

Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Infratech Bau GmbH, a Meppen-based general contractor that builds FTTH broadband networks across northern and western Germany. The founders will remain in management and retain a significant share; H.I.G. said it will support Infratech's nationwide growth organically and through selected acquisitions.

BuildTec Software Group Acquires SORBA EDV AG

BuildTec Software Group, a European construction-software platform backed by funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital (and supported by VIA Equity), has acquired SORBA EDV AG, a St. Gallen–based provider of modular construction ERP software. The deal adds SORBA’s roughly 80+ employees and more than 2,500 Swiss construction customers to the BuildTec platform and is intended to accelerate growth and cross-border expansion in Switzerland and the wider DACH region.
