Equistone Partners Europe has agreed to acquire Amadys NV, a Brussels-headquartered provider and distributor of passive network equipment for utilities and telecoms, from the company's management and Vectis Private Equity. Management, led by CEO Hein Wilderjans, will reinvest and retain a minority stake; Equistone plans to support organic growth and use Amadys as a platform for consolidation and international expansion. The deal is subject to competition clearance and financial terms were not disclosed.

ETC Group, a global provider to the telecom network and technology infrastructure industry, has acquired Amadys, a Belgium-based system integrator of end-to-end connectivity solutions, from Equistone Partners Europe. The deal — in which Amadys' management will reinvest — expands ETC's geographic footprint and capabilities across the Benelux, UK and DACH regions; financial terms were not disclosed.

Amadys Acquires SKG Netzwerktechnik and Muth Kommunikationstechnik

Belgium-headquartered Amadys, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Austrian distributor SKG Netzwerktechnik GmbH and German wholesaler Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH as part of its buy-and-build expansion in the DACH region. The add-on deals broaden Amadys' footprint and product/ logistics capabilities to support accelerating FTTH and utility network roll-outs across Austria, Germany and Slovakia.

The Equistone-backed Amadys Group has acquired PRO-Kunststoff GmbH, a Rüsselsheim-based distributor and logistics partner for passive broadband infrastructure components. The deal adds PRO-Kunststoff’s warehousing and FTTH component expertise to Amadys’ platform in Germany, expanding its end-to-end connectivity and fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) capabilities; the sellers/managing directors Michael Helfrich and Erik Maier-Rebenich will reinvest and remain as managing directors.

Equistone-backed Amadys Acquires Infraconcepts B.V.

Equistone portfolio company Amadys has acquired Breda-based Infraconcepts B.V. in an add-on transaction to strengthen Amadys' presence in the Netherlands. The deal (subject to competition approval) expands Amadys' passive network equipment footprint across telecom and utility end markets; the combined group generates roughly EUR 180 million in revenue and employs about 140 people.

TSG Group Acquires S2D

TSG Group (through TSG France) has acquired S2D, a Cordemais-based construction and technical-fluids installation specialist that designs, builds and maintains private fuel and lubricant stations for professional and industrial customers across France. The acquisition strengthens TSG’s capabilities and presence in the private fleet and industrial markets by adding S2D’s installation and maintenance expertise and nationwide technician network.
