The add-on expands Carton Pack's sustainable and innovative packaging capabilities, particularly in food packaging for fruit & vegetables, snacks and bakery, while Smilesys will continue to be led by its management team.

A&M Capital Europe Acquires Majority Stake in STOK Emballage

ProAmpac Acquires APC Paper Group

ProAmpac, a Cincinnati-based flexible packaging company owned by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired APC Paper Group, a producer of 100% recycled kraft paper packaging with mills in New Hampshire and New York. The add-on acquisition expands ProAmpac's paper manufacturing capabilities and strengthens its position in recyclable and sustainable packaging products.

SC Pack Group Acquires Frapak Packaging
