WCG Acquires Trifecta Clinical

WCG has acquired Trifecta Clinical, a provider of technology-enabled clinical trial site communications and training solutions including the InvestigatorSpace platform. The deal brings Trifecta's investigator training, safety letter distribution and document-exchange capabilities into WCG's suite of clinical research services while Trifecta retains its leadership and offices in Los Angeles and other locations.

WIRB-Copernicus Group (WCG) Acquires Velos eResearch

Clario Acquires WCG's eCOA Business

Clario has acquired the electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) business of WCG to expand its endpoint data solutions and deepen neuroscience-focused clinical outcomes expertise. The deal—announced in March and completed in May 2025—transfers WCG’s eCOA team and capabilities to Clario and is expected to enhance Clario’s support for complex neuroscience clinical trials.

Target RWE Acquires NoviSci Inc.

Amgen Inc. also made a strategic investment in the combined company, joining existing investors Norwest Venture Partners and 22C Capital to support growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

Florence Healthcare Acquires VersaTrial
