LRS Acquires Lakes Disposal Services

LRS, a Rosemont, Illinois-based waste diversion and recycling services provider, has acquired Grayslake, Illinois-based Lakes Disposal Services. The acquisition expands LRS's northern Illinois footprint—adding nearly 2,000 commercial customers and municipal service contracts across McHenry County and parts of Lake County; financial terms were not disclosed.

LRS Acquires Lee's Trash Service
