Icreon, a New York–based customer experience transformation firm, has acquired ChangeCX, a Plano, Texas–headquartered omnichannel commerce consultancy. The acquisition expands Icreon’s commerce and composable commerce capabilities (commercetools, NewStore, Salesforce) and strengthens its offering across B2B and B2C eCommerce, POS and omnichannel inventory management for retail, consumer goods and manufacturing clients.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires Khameleon Software

ECI Software Solutions, a Westlake, Texas-based provider of cloud business management software, has acquired Khameleon Software, a cloud-based ERP for project-based commercial furniture dealers. The acquisition expands ECI’s distribution division product portfolio and adds Khameleon’s cloud ERP capabilities to better serve commercial furniture dealers and wholesalers; terms were not disclosed.

Strattam Capital Acquires Majority Stake in MHC Software; MHC Acquires Vanguard Systems

Strattam Capital completed a majority investment in MHC Software and concurrently MHC acquired Vanguard Systems to expand its workflow and process automation capabilities. The combined MHC (post-transaction) serves over 1,100 customers (more than two million users) and will integrate Vanguard's mobile, eSign and ID Protect products into its enterprise content automation platform.

Agilent Technologies Acquires e-MSion
