TopSide Marinas Acquires Bay Marine Marinas in Waukegan and Sturgeon Bay

TopSide Marinas has acquired two Lake Michigan marinas — Bay Marine of Chicago (Waukegan, IL) and Bay Marine of Sturgeon Bay (Sturgeon Bay, WI). The previous owners, Matt and Mark Felhofer, will continue to own and operate Bay Marine Yacht Sales and will lease back showroom and office space at both locations as TopSide expands its Great Lakes footprint.
