EVI Industries, Inc. (NYSE American: EVI) has completed the acquisition of Spynr, Inc., a New York–based full-service marketing agency focused on the commercial laundry industry. Spynr will operate as a subsidiary under its existing name and leadership, with founder Dennis Diaz joining EVI as Director of Marketing to expand EVI's marketing capabilities for laundry customers.
