The investment will support the combined company's growth strategy — including pursuing additional acquisitions — and the combined organization will operate under the My IT brand.

The deal also transfers NCS's Nterfuse software platform to Net at Work, preserving service continuity for Nterfuse customers while providing broader support and access to Net at Work's cybersecurity, cloud, ERP and national managed services infrastructure.

Valeo Networks Acquires Etech Solutions
