Ryerson Acquires TSA Processing

Ryerson Holding Corporation has acquired TSA Processing, a Houston-based stainless steel and aluminum coil and sheet toll processor with six locations across the Midwest and Southern United States. The deal brings TSA's polishing and cut-to-length capabilities into Ryerson's value-added services network; TSA's former owners Bill Tresten and Monte Sneed will transition ownership as part of the transaction.
