Mill Steel Co. Acquires Maryland Metals Processing

Mill Steel Co., a third-generation family-owned distributor of flat-rolled carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, has acquired Maryland Metals Processing (MMP), a Baltimore-based stainless and aluminum toll processor. Mill Steel said MMP will continue to operate independently with its name and associates while adding toll processing capacity and strengthening Mill Steel's national footprint and processing capabilities.
