Mill Steel Co. has acquired Cleveland Metal Exchange (CME) and Chicago Stainless Metal Exchange to expand into the stainless steel and aluminum flat-rolled markets. The acquisitions bring CME's experienced team into Mill Steel and enable immediate supply and processing support for manufacturing, automotive, and construction customers across the U.S.; transaction financial terms were not disclosed.
