Mill Steel Co. Acquires Commercial Assets of Prassas Metal Products

Mill Steel Co. purchased the commercial assets of Prassas Metal Products, a Los Angeles–based steel trading and stocking distributor of pre-painted and coated coil products; terms were not disclosed. Mill Steel will assume steel processing and supply for PMP's construction industry customers across the Southeastern, Mid-South and Western United States, and PMP CEO Jim Prassas will transition to a consulting role as the assets are integrated.
