NetSPI Acquires Hubble Technology

NetSPI, a KKR-backed proactive security platform, has acquired Hubble Technology, a Northern Virginia-based provider of agentless CAASM and cyber posture management (Aurora). Hubble founder Tom Parker will join NetSPI as Chief Technology Officer as NetSPI integrates Hubble's CAASM capabilities into its platform to deliver unified EASM and CAASM functionality.
