Advanced Service Solutions, a Hammonton, New Jersey-based facilities maintenance manager, has acquired Coast Workplace Solutions, an Everett, Washington interior facilities services provider. The acquisition bolsters Advanced's interior maintenance division and brings Coast's leadership (President Zach Richter) into a leadership role at Advanced; Advanced is backed by BHMS Investments, LP and continues pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions.

Industrial Service Solutions (ISS), a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, has acquired MSHS Pacific Power Group (MSHS & PPG) from MPE Partners. The add-on expands ISS's nationwide footprint with 10+ locations, adds more than 450 technical and support staff and 150+ OEM relationships, broadening ISS's combustion engine, marine and power generation MRO capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Powerhouse Retail Services Acquires DENTCO

Powerhouse Retail Services, a portfolio company of Lincolnshire Management, has acquired DENTCO (Dent Enterprises LLC), a DeWitt, Michigan-based outsourced exterior services provider. The deal expands Powerhouse's exterior-services and estimation/contractor capacity across its national facilities maintenance platform and leverages DENTCO's network of contractor partners and ~8,000 active sites.

Persona-Triangle Acquires Advanced Facility Solutions

Persona-Triangle, a portfolio company of Exeter Street Capital Partners (Exeter Image Holdings, LLC), has acquired Advanced Facility Solutions (AFS), a Saddle Brook, New Jersey-based provider of facilities maintenance and construction services. The add-on acquisition expands Persona-Triangle's turnkey facility services capabilities and will leverage Persona-Triangle's scale to accelerate AFS's growth; the transaction was financed with senior debt from Enterprise Bank and Trust.
