Powerhouse Retail Services Acquires Advanced Service Solutions

Powerhouse Retail Services, a portfolio company of Lincolnshire Management, has acquired Advanced Service Solutions, a Hammonton, New Jersey-based provider of interior and exterior facilities maintenance services. The add-on expands Powerhouse's national facilities maintenance capabilities and contractor/estimation capacity, particularly across pharmacy, grocery and retail end markets; financial terms were not disclosed.

Rhino Tool House, a value-added distributor headquartered in Concord, North Carolina and backed by Blue Sea Capital, has acquired Power Tools & Supply, Inc., a Walled Lake, Michigan-based distributor of assembly tools and material handling solutions. The acquisition expands Rhino Tool House's presence in Michigan and Northern Ohio and increases local service capabilities for automotive and automation integration customers.

Dealer Tire Acquires Dent Wizard from Gridiron Capital

The acquisition adds ExtraDent’s ClaimX and Virtual Assistants revenue-cycle management capabilities to DentalXChange’s product portfolio, broadening its RCM and front-office automation offerings for dental practices.
