Trasna Holdings, an Ireland-headquartered IoT and semiconductor technology company, has acquired Workz, a Dubai-based pioneer in cloud-based eSIM and SIM solutions. The acquisition expands Trasna's end-to-end mobile IoT capabilities—adding eSIM management, OTA services and SIM manufacturing expertise—and positions the combined group to capitalise on growing demand for eSIM/iSIM-enabled devices.
