Accenture Acquires Infinity Works

Accenture has acquired UK-based cloud and digital transformation consultancy Infinity Works to strengthen and expand the cloud delivery and engineering capabilities of Accenture Cloud First in the United Kingdom. Infinity Works, headquartered in Leeds with approximately 440 employees, brings cloud, data, design and full‑stack engineering expertise and partnerships with AWS and Snowflake. Wipro Acquires Capco from CD&R for $1.45 Billion

Wipro Limited agreed to acquire Capco, a London-headquartered management and technology consultancy focused on financial services, for $1.45 billion. The transaction represents an exit for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (which held a majority stake) and builds Wipro's capabilities in digital consulting and transformation for banking, capital markets, wealth management and insurance clients.
